I was the proud winner of over 2.5 million in cash prize all i had to do send $20.00 processing fee to establish a account in my name to transfer the funds into that account. So i sent the money order. Today 11/14 i just received another letter stating i need to send $20.00 for my candidacy entitlement from allocated disbursement authority.
