Just got off the phone with David Nelson customer service manager. Has been calling me everyday since I wired them the first 900.00. I called him back, says that there is a problem with the loan and that they need another 900.00. I let him get through his little speech and then I proceeded to tell him that I wanted my money wired back to me within the next 30 minutes and that if it was not I was going to call my attorney and let him know. I told him that I filed complaints with the frb, ftc consumer protection agency and the ny state attorney generals office. He proceed to call me a (Inappropriate Content Removed) and stupid and a whole list of other things but I let him know that getting my money back on december the 12th was not acceptable. Amazing how these people can sleep at night with the crap they do.
