I ordered a case from this company who dare to charge an additional amount for supposed "faster" delivery. I placed the order on 31 October and to-date, have not yet received it. If the owner considers she is authentic, why not make available a telephone number to make contact with. This is the reply to an e-mail yet when you try to track the package, the item does not exist. How dare the owner try to defend itself. This is a copy of the response I received. Naturally I intend to get this fraudulent company looked into. I am not a competitor but a genuine consumer. Maybe the owner needs to try being genuine!
