I have been renting in California for years and every time I find Someone to Help Me I come Across a company call Mid City Rentals In Torrance in 2005 (This Tall Indian Lady)... The very 1st Time she said her name was " SAKI " THEN MONTHS LATER I WENT BACK AND SHE TOOK MY 160.00 of my MONEY AND WAS GONE and the business! So I continued my Search again! The I Hired another rentals agency in Lawndale called (Referral Center) I saw Here Again. So i got little nervous Because she acted like she didn’t know me... But i can’t forget the tattoo on her ankle and ring in her nose! But i let her help me again for 135.00 cash... After 2 months still no help from her! But i found my own. So i was just out of 135.00... So the following Year i Went back to her (she was Gone) again! So i look in the Penny Saver... Craigslist. And found a company to seem real helpful. So i went to a company called (Pre screening firm) and SHE WAS THERE! O M G. I told her she took my $ twice... And i want to your real name: she would not give it to me. (but she went by "Sandy Winds") and all she did was give me a free list... So i recently moved to West L.A... And went to a company call Westside property rentals on Pico and Now She is there By the Name of " Shi " WELL I CONTACTED CONSUMER AFFAIRS, Attorney General... They said real name is (shaina s. Vasani) and they have been seeking her for a while...”so people be aware. She is a... Very good con artist... And now to find out she is” not licensed” to practice (pre paid rental listing service.) the best advice ask for a person real name (and to be on the safe side ask them to show proof of claim) its legal to ask! Also be aware of the guy she work's with to "aziz meghji" were's glasses) he is the master mind too but does not handle rentals! Contact the d.R.E. Please”they do sell your social number “ you dl# and date of birth and your address. For a huge profit (that is just wrong) call to see the requirement (Personal Info Removed)

And if an investigation goes on (just Match her signatures) with the fraud names.
