I was told that I have been awarded a government grant that I never had to pay back by a Gary Teller, who told me I had to send a $120 Western Union to Delhi, India. Then I spoke with a Nancy Smith who told me to do a wire transfer I would have send $389, in the same form, to the same palce, Delhi, India.
