I ordered a Toshiba Camileo X100 Digital Camcorder online and was asked to pay through the Checksnet.com. I did, and after 2 weeks nothing has shipped. So I contacted the customer service and still don't know when they can ship. So I canceled the order, and they confirmed the cancel on Sept. 28. After that I contacted with the account and customer service a few times and still nothing happened.
