I've had my gas log set from Hearthside for almost 5 years. After visiting several stores and not finding what I wanted, Hearthside spoke with me, asked me questions and helped me find what I needed. Prices were excellent vs. Local stores and shipping was good. They follow up with their customers too. Kevin, the owner, takes personal pride in ensuring customers are satisfied.
