Company requested a credit report on me in order to get a job from a local doctor's office. They stated that the office needed the information for the position I applied for. Which with my position I do have to submit to an extensive background and credit check but never online like this. I did it not knowing they were scaammers since I knew I had to do one and didn't think anything of it. I just wanted a job. I have no idea what info they got or anything. I did not get them a copy of my credit report though so all I think they got waas my name number and address. The job was posted on craigslist.com and I did send in a resume for the job though. People need to be awaare this is going on and these sites need to be shut down. I have no idea what I am in for now that they have info on me.
