John Lisowski MPD-Poland
Consumer Report

I was emailed by a man named John Lisowski. He said he had a job offer for me to be a Paypal Manager. I have saved every single email conversation that we had together.

Here is the job offer email that I received from him:

Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is John Lisowski, and I am the personnel manager at MPD-Poland. Now there is a position in our company for a PayPal manager. I think that you may have an interest in the following information:

Job Title: PayPal manager
Payment: up to $37,000 USD per year.
Type: Permanent, part-time from 20 to 40 hours a week

Advantages:
- Home based position
- Possibility to combine this job with your full-time job

If you have an interest in this position, please write at this email: [email protected]

He then went on to say:

Hello,

Thank you for your interest to work at our company. The main task of our PayPal manager is getting money from the buyer through PayPal account and sending it via Western Union. This position is home based. You can work from any US state. PayPal manager needn’t personally meet with the buyer or arrange any deals.

Before we discuss the vacancy, let me tell you about us and about our activities. Our company is one of the leaders in sporting goods production and tourism in Poland. At the moment, we produce over 500 kinds of different goods, and our product range is growing. Well-formed contacts allow us to successfully sell our products in many countries across Europe and also in the USA. Lately, we have received many orders from the USA, and for this reason, we need new PayPal manager who are based there.

He told me that he would attach his Savings account to my Paypal account and that I needed to get a Paypal debit card. He said he would be transferring money over to my account and he would then email me instructions of where and to whom I would need to Western Union the money and to. I did this with him for about a month and a half and now I see that every transfer he put into my account he has now taken back. How can he take back a transaction that went thru over a month ago? This has now caused my account to be negative almost $15,490.31. I have emailed im repeatedly and he just ignores my emails. What this man did is just wrong!!!
