I took a £100 loan from QUICKQUID and they passed my personal details to MERLIN MONEY and other companies. MERLIN MONEY charged me £42.50, I don't even know why. I went to a bank branch. They told me I have to call the company. I did tried to call MERLIN MONEY but they never answer their phone. I wrote a letter for them, but I am still waiting for an answer. Please help me.
