I needed to return 16 cartridges of one model for replacement ones. After many emails, they welcomed me to return them; i did so (with postal confirmation); they acknowledged receipt and promised the new ones to be shipped next day. Nothing. When i wrote again, they claimed they had no idea what i was talking about, sending me conf. Of the original larger shipment they sent back in july! One later email claimed they were under new management. There is no phone; their emails prove they are not english speaking.in all there were 42 emails back and forth and then they just disappeared with my items!
