I called about the free trial offer. I recieved the package 5 days later. I tried it the next night after work, it burned my mouth and throat severly, had to spit it out and rinse after 15 min. I called this morning to be told my credit card had already been charged and that I wasn't eligible for a refund. They wouldn't tell me who owned the company or how to contact anyone else. I talked to 3 different people who all sounded like stuck records. "I'm sorry about that mame, but you are not eligible for a refund" Boy do they have that script down! Any other ordering method besides the "FreeTriaL" ALLOWS THE CONSUMER TO RETURN THE PRODUCT WITHIN 30 DAYS AND GET THE PRODUCT PRICE REFUNDED. I think a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT is in order, anyone know a good attorney? Robin
