I made an online purchase on 18 Oct and the website used Realpay for the transaction. It was indicated on the website that a tracking email will be sent in 24 hours and the item will be delivered in 3-5 days. The email never came and I did not receive any response when I emailed them countless times. The emails I sent to Realpay also kept bouncing back indicating their mailbox was full. I found out today that the website had vanished and the merchant is from Suzhou, China. Will banks be willing to terminate such bogus transactions?
