Saw the add on Amazon so thought it was genuine. Web site very convincing and product APPEARS genuine. Ordered 2 pairs of Bailey boots and paid with credit card. Received the boots yesterday and they are FAKE! Have sent an email to a person called Anne who confirmed my original order - this email has been delivered. I have asked for a refund.
