No Refund for E-Cigarette

I purchased an E-Cigarette from Electronic Cigarette online. I cancelled my membership and they haven't sent my refund for over a year. I just got off the phone with them at 9am on 11/2 and I told them I wanted to speak to a supervisor to clear this up. They also told me to call after 9am to speak to the supervisor because that's when she comes in.
