The CNA's at Richmond Medilodge are being given 17 patients or more to care for per shift. How can the patients get proper attention with these kind of working conditions for the CNA's? Also the food in Medilodge of Richmond is something to be desired. If you could investigate these complaints non-chalant you'll find that these complaints to be valid. My concern is for the patients at this facility. They can not receive the proper attention they need with overworked CNA's.
