We ordered a 3 bottle package online, with our credit card, because they don't accept PAYPAL (RED FLAG!)
Then NATHANS NATURALS proceeded to take off another 2 unauthorized amount, in the sum of $130 or there about. We contacted them by phone and about 20 emails. We did not get one reply.
I have phoned them, and I have not had any reply. We are in South Africa, and almost $300 is a lot of money here, and to spend almost 3 times what we signed up for, seriously stretched our money.
We have taken the matter up with our local bank, although it will take 60 days, after an investigation, to rectify the situation, if they can at all!!!
But Nathans Naturals have already banked the money, but they can't answer any correspondence? We have laid a charge of fraud with them at our bank, and informed them that we were going to do so, after 2 weeks of no reply. Disgusting. This is text book fraud, they need to be stopped!!!
