I ordered for the first time, from a friend's recommendation, on July 15th. Their site says 10-12 weeks which I thought was long but again they came recommended so I went with that. It's now 15 weeks and counting. On my account it says the order is shipped (it's been saying that for weeks) but there is no link for tracking — which they also say will appear. They swiftly credited my account on July 15th but move at a snail's pace to deliver their product. If I ever receive my purchased items (and to me that's doubtful) I would NEVER, EVER order from them again... Nor will my friend!
