I applied for an online loan. I called customer service and cancelled the loan before the money was deposited. I then filled out a cancellation form online on their website. They went and deposited the $500 into my account after I cancelled the loan. The customer service agent said they would take the $500 out which they did and then withdrew an additional $150 fee. I have called and emailed them for over a week now and they wont respond and they wont return the funds to my account. I have contacted customer service everyday and they keep transferring me to a manager who never picks up and I leave a voicemail that never gets returned. I have all supporting documentation including the cancellation page and the bank statement showing the withdrawal plus all my correspondence to them. Please help.
