On October 11... I waited for my 8 Am - 12 Pm appointment for my installation. The tech finally arrived at 7:30 PM... All day I tried calling... Left my number for a supervisor to call me back. It never happened. I was given a discount on my first bill. Which arrived five days after installation.

My biggest gripe with directv is that the sales department quotes you one price, fails to mention that you must submit an on line rebate... Which you could actually do prior to installation. So that my agreed upon $47.28 would actually be that amount. Verses the bill I received for $79.41. My request is that they honor our agreed upon monthly bill and NOT PENALIZE me for the fact that the sales person failed to mention the on line rebate.in fact for what ever reason. As I expressed to several represenatives, I am unable to register. Name, phone number, email, and zip code is the request. When you type these things in. I continue to get. We have No rrecord of you! Total ridiculousness. When you call I get they can't explain the problem or either get disconnected. You have my info. Why not call back? To cancil services will run apprroximately $480.00. Please help me with this situation. I have not elected to pay nor agreed to $79.41 a month. I could have kept my cable service.
