Ordered a pair of ugg boots but did not authorise the amount of money taken from my account. After several emails I got a response from 'Anne' this morning saying the boots were on their way but no tracking number or any confirmation emails. The company who took the money is called 'nineindustries/A' based in Shanghai. No idea if I will receive any goods now and my credit card company wont stand over any compensations if it is a scam. Feeling like a fool... Beware.
