I recedived a "winning final notification" declaring to be a winner of LOTTO NORTH AMERICAN AND EUROPEAN SWEEPSTAKES LOTTERY held September 30. The notice said I am entitled to the sum of $50,000.
In the letter was a check for $2710 with instructions to pay a tax amount of $2710 to the tax agent named Parsha Abrams in Valencia, Spain, 87934, then fax receipts to 1-866-339-2885.
Also I was instructed to contact Susane Johnson for my claim. DIRECT LINE of Susane: 1-438-993-2407.

"N. B: Call this number 1-438-993-4196 if you did not receive your claim on time".
I followed the instructions with one exception. I waited three days after the check was cashed to make certain it cleared. I was told to sent the "tax money by Western Union immediately". It did not send immediately, instead waited to make certain it cleared. The check and was retuned to my account today.
When I learned from my bank on Saturday, Oct. 22, that my check did not clear and would be returned I called Dave Moore. He said he would check into it. Both Susane and Dave sounded professional over the phone.
