We were originally contacted by Premium Realty Services to rent out our time share located on Cabo San Lucus Club Regina Mexico. We were asked to send the maintenance fee for the 10 weeks of rental in the amount of $10,750.00 which we wired out. At this time time we were contacted and told we were to receive this amount back as well as the 10 week rental of our unit for a total of $28,000.00. This transaction was completed and turned over to the escrow company Elite Closing Services located in Chicago Il. It was then we were contacted and they were requesting that we needed to pay the 30% Mexican tax in the amount of $12,601.30 after this was wired they contacted us for the 8% commission for the rental in the amount of $4108.00. Once we started to question the company and checked out that one of notorized copies we received was a false notary we have yet to get any return phone call from the escrow company as well as the real estate company located in Houston Texas.
