I ordered 2 items from these guys and as soon as i received them i emailed them to return the bracelet seem to be damaged and the earrings were too heavy.
I contacted them and no response. I contacted emailed them no response. I really don't want the items but they never contacted me to return them. The mmerchandise comes all the way from china so its impossible to trace the manufuter. They do not have a customer service line you can call.in my opinion, this company is not customer friendly. They make it seem in their policy that they will return your item but they don't.
