We stated would buy RV
Seller sent a transaction number thru Amazon Payments, which
Instructed a transfer of money thru Western Union to an Amazon Regional Manager (in the local city).
Seller stated upon faxed receipt of Western Union transfer vehicle would be shipped.
We never received confirmation of shipping or RV
