Ron and Pam Trees are sociopathic. They lie and back up their lies with more lies. Truth has no meaning. They stole materials off my jobsites and charged building materials to my business account which they purchased for another contractor (A&R construction, inc; a competitor). Trees ordered my employees to go to A&R's jobsite when they arrived at my jobsite for work in the morning and then they falsified their timecards so I would not find out about their double-dealing. This went on for about five months or so, maybe more. Trees was supposed to be working for me as a superintendent and overseeing my employees.
I found out later that the Trees corp. Status had been forfeited by the state of Idaho years before, they never told anyone that.
They operate/operated as contractors with many different names with no licenses, no insurance, no bonding, no tax numbers, etc...
The Trees are leeches who latch onto legal contractors with good credit and suck them dry and defraud everone in the community. They are crazies who steal the identity of anyone they associate with. Be very careful, question and investigate if ever approached by these individuals. I even found mail addressed to my business name with their P.O. Box on it.
This description is just the tip of the iceberg. After they screwed me royally while working for me, they sued me falsely, saying I was their partner!!! They hired a fraudulent accountant, Lisa Calhoun, and she cooked the books of my business for the judge. (She was employed by the lawyer, town bully, they hired... Hello...) They stole every penny I made in the sixteen years I was in business. Small town pockets get to be pretty deep when someone hires the town bully.
