I don't know this company, but it is identity theft because they took my money from a bank, which should and is a federal offense. I contacted my bank and they told me to try to call that company and such, but like the theives they are won't answer the phone. I can't get the bank to stop that transaction, because they took it before I checked my bank. It ($9.60) many not be alot to people, but it's alot for me and I want them to be held accountable. Not just return my money, but also be sent to prison.
