Authorization # to Return Earrings

I ordered Amethyst 2. Cttw earring on Aug *. I received them on Sept 26 and they are 6mm. Not what I thought I was getting. I want an authorization # to return them as per info on how to return. I have sent 10 emails and called once to request this info. They have not answered once.
