This company took money out of my credit card without my permission which took my account negetive balance. I had a hard time getting a hold of them but finally when i did they had no idea what they were doing and no one around to talk to about this, so she took my email address and said someone will send me a email by end of the day. Well never recieved anything so i called but no one is picking up the phone. I want my money plus the fee. I'm not paying for something i never recieved, wanted or even given permission to charge.
