This company took money out of my credit card without my permission which took my account negetive balance. I had a hard time getting a hold of them but finally when i did they had no idea what they were doing and no one around to talk to about this, so she took my email address and said someone will send me a email by end of the day. Well never recieved anything so i called but no one is picking up the phone. I want my money plus the fee. I'm not paying for something i never recieved, wanted or even given permission to charge... My proof is on my credit card ending in master card (Personal Information Removed)... Just last wk so wont show on any statment unless you call on phone
