ANY COMMENTS, STATEMENTS OR AFFIDAVITS BY THE APPLICANT INDICATING THAT THIS CHARGE IS "UNAUTHORIZED" WILL BE PROSECUTED AS AN ATTEMPT TO DEFRAUD WILLIAMS ONLINE CREDIT, INC OF MONIES OR SERVICES. The above is the threat sent back to me after they attempted me to sign a document and have notarized that I would assign $780.00 of my wages from The University of South Carolina for a $200.00 loan request. This is fraudulent company and a scam and complete misrepresentation of their services. My bank received an ACH of $19.00 of which I expect a FULL refund, but they have been unwilling to provide.
