On my latest Master Card statement I was charged $19.97. I know I did not sign up for this because I can't afford it. I remember geting emails several times supposedly from a friends email address. But when read, they were not anything he would have sent me. At the time I just deleted them. Guess I should have reported them but did't know to whom. This charge was dated 08/29. I tried to enter the date in the space above, but it wouldn't let me.
