I ordered merchandise but it was not shipped because my credit card mailing address and the shipping were not matching. After calling to find out where my merchandise was they told me the reason for the delay. They then told me the stock was no longer available and my charged had been confirmed and could not be stopped, it would take 30 days for a refund. As of this date I have not received a refund of my charge and efforts to contact someone has been useless. They put you on hold and don't answer the phone. There is no response to email and there is no postal address or location of the company to contact. Their web heading says hotdealshop, A Global Digitek Company. I tried doing a web search on A Global Digitek Company and was unable to get any info. At this point I want may money credited back to my card or refund to me. I have waited more than 30 days and still have not received my credit or refund. Efforts to contact anyone have been wasted. For your reference in assisting me, my order number is J8QWNKM1172934144
