What a nightmare my experience has been with this company.
It all started when I purchased a textbook from them for my daughter's college class. Good price, so I didn't mind paying the extra for priority shipping. Several days went by and I emailed the company. A response took several days and when I did get one, they wanted me to verify this. Then that... Another couple days later after complaining that my kid NEEDED that book, I was told they would send another copy. We are in week 2 with no book. The lady told me there it would be expedited shipping, but again. Days later still no book. After doing some research... The shipping they paid for was NOT expeditated! Week 3 no book and emails to them asking where it was. When i did get an answer it was it should be there soon. My daughter had to purchase a acopy form the bookstore which cost $100. I finally received a copy. From a half.com seller. Textbarn paid $. 75 for the book... It took $9.00 to ship it back in time to receive a refund. After spending roughly 50 bucks, textbarn refunded me $20. Not once have they apologized for the stress and inconvience this has caused me. I will just keep emailing and complaining.
