Signed up for trial of on-line video service. Was unable to access content advertised. Attempted to change local browser settings per instruction from xHamster support, but still could not access any "premium" content. Then tried to establish a second, separate account using a different username, but again could not access any of the "premium" content. The next day, I tried a third time to establish a new account, and was then able to use the service, essentially as advertised for the trial period. XHamster promised refunds for the first two unsuccessful attempts, which did show up as charges against my card, and directed me to their billing service, aebill.com. I have contacted aebill.com and forwarded all of the relevant correspondence. Now, neither xHamster nor aebill will even acknowledge my e-mails.
