I placed an order on the automated system for Eggies. I purchased the 1 set, buy one get one, pay additional processing fee. They called me and said they needed my credit card again since the order did not go through. However, it did go through and now I have been charged an additional $28.22. When I called to complain they were rude and told me the best they could do is refund me $18.22 and when the second shipment arrives refuse it and send it back. Once they receive it back they claim they will refund me the re is ing $10. This company uses deceptive selling practices. They claim the company that called me for my credit card is a third party that they have no control over. This is a scam.
