I was sent a receipt and a link to access the item I paid for, also
there is a lifetime membership with this purchase, the company
appears to be based in Nicosia.
After having tried multiple time to access the link, I get trapped in a loop that takes me back to my mailbox.
I contacted my e-mail provider (google mail) to no fault of their own they could'nt help.
There is a kink in the way I should get access and they cannot correct it, they cannot provide me with what I paid for, they have no other way to provide me with what I paid for
