I reacted fast regarding the products' tardiness, as I understood the time constrictions when I requested this trial. I managed to talk to customer services and got plenty of assurances that product is arriving or is in fact in UK or that the trial period will be adjusted, etc. - DO NOT BELIEVE IT! Having found many complaints on the internet re these products, I got alarmed and cancelled Juveneu (and in time, according to their terms - it also gave me a rush the second day I used it) and still got charged $84.76 two days later, even though I had a cancellation number! They promised a refund, I am still waiting. Hydroxatone never appeared, so I cancelled that too, in plenty, plenty of time - if I get charged for this one, I shall be trully mad and resort to getting a new card, the only way to stop them. Anyway, I have written to the company, asking for some compensation, for the mental and financial anguish, not a beep yet, time will tell. Good luck to all of you, do not give up chasing and exposing them.
