On August 27 and September 27 Fund Assurance had debited my checking account $30 on both dates at which time my account didnot have sufficient funds which caused at total of $70 in overdraft fees.in August a supervisor, Max supposely cancelled my "membership" with cancellation number 629808311. However on September 27 another $30 was debited on my checking account which caused the additional $35. This has caused me undue stress and losing of $70 when I am on a limited income.
