As many before ordered the sample and did take to them. I contacted the company via email and was contacted back to say that I would be given a RMA and to return the products.
I was charged £59.99 x2 I contacted the company again and was informed that once the products had been returned I would receive a full refund. A further bottle turned up so I contacted again and said I would be sending all 3 bottles back. There were sent recorded deliver on 26th June.
A further £1.99 x2 was taken, I again contacted and this was refunded within 3 days! But my £59.99 x2 was not! I have been contacting constantly and keep being told that the refund has been agreed and this takes time... A further £1.99 x2 has been taken by slimfuel??? I contacted these as I have no idea who they are or how they have my details!!!
It is now Oct and still no money! Does anyone know an official body who I can contact to get my money back???
