I ordered 2 cans from a tv ad and should have been charged $19.99.instead, I was charged $79.78.
I called customer service and they said that possibly the telephone prompts were misunderstood.
Nevertehless, I was charged an extra $20. For the product when shipping and handling was advertised as free WITH express service which I did NOT receive.
