I received a letter that said i was the confirmed cash prize winner of $898,899.00 by the Chief Dispatch Officer of The Sentry Armored Dispatch Company. I was advised to sign and return the immediate Cash Disbursal Authorization and Identity form within five days of receiving this notice to assure proper delivery. I was assured that the check #700176490 would be made out to: Levi Stukes at 3516 Clifton Ave Apt#5 Baltimore, MD21216 providing that i send in a payment of $20.00 carrier fee before the expiration date. My $20.00 money order#1400379811 was mailed on 09/03. As of 09/26, no check or notification has been sent to me. Mr. Levi J. Stukes.
