Ordered a camera for $400 from thedigitalhunter.com, the next day i wanted to cancel the order and they charged me a fee of 15% although the camera had not even left their premises. I find this quite a hefty sum, certainly not customer friendly. Also, very misleading practices of what the real price is as they suggested a 5 % discount if you would fill out an online survey right after purchasing the product. How can i rate them when i haven't gotten the product yet? The reduced price was also not considered in calculating the 15 % (restocking?) fee although i had filled out their survey.
