Ordered a carseat by accident on a confusing Target.com website. Called the 1-800 # to get it cancelled & was told it was cancelled and we would be receiving a cancelation notice by Email.instead, we received a notice of shipment the next day. Called 1-800 # again and it took 5 called. 3 of the first 4 were disconnected by Target at some point. This was after an avaerage of 10 minutes on hold. Made the customer experience selection the 5th call today and they said they couldn't help and that everyone was busy that could help. Expressed my frustration and dissatisfaction with Target and my experience and no offers to retain me as a customer were made.
