CONS CALL HOME never credit my money back in my bank account

I order service online. I put in wrong county. I called millicorp same night and was told that i did not need this service. Thay told me that they would cancel my account and credit my money back in my account. Call eight times to get my money credit back in my account but never received a refund. Been since march joey wood 09/25
