After ordering trial bottle and receiving it - changed my mind and wish to return - cannot reach a person to receive the RMA# and from reports by others time frame is lost and I am chaged $89. This c

I ordered product in good faith as a trial offer, received in 2 weeks with a window to return so as not to be charged. I had decided to cancel after i ordered but was unable to do. Upon receipt the packing slip indicated to return only with an rma# with a customer care # 800-969-0160. Left messages requesting the rma# (4 times) no response.

I saw the ad on a website coast2coast which i trusted - ha - can't trust nothing. The worst part is the unavailability to find out the company site tel number. I cannot afford to be out $90 through no fault of my own. What a scam but i am glad i never opened and tried the product
