I was invited to try a sample of Hydroxatone and Juveneul which I agreed to. Two jars of Hydrox arrived and a slip that informed me if I kept them it would cost me $141. So I phoned a number in US to say I did not want them, a man called Patrick said not to worry sending them back, he would close my 'account!' Then the Juveneul arrived in an envelope that stated it was a 'gift' with total value of $2.00 but when I looked at my Visa statement it had been charged as $82.79!!! I returned to the bank and asked them to proceed with a Dispute/Transaction Form and have had my Visa card changed.
