I asked for their free sample and agreed to pay for the shipping of 4.99. I received the jar about May 6 and used the product a few times and decided I didn't like it. About June 2 another package arrived and I refused it at the us post office and asked them to returned it.
I then got my Elan Visa bill for 4 jars totally 184.95. Visa was kind and opened a case against them but they sent a boiler plate letter saying my internet purchase was binding for "a pair of 30 day supply jars" (which I returned and don't have now)
Elan Visa has now added 184.95 to my bill. I would love some help getting some of my money back. (Personal Information Removed)
