Being a Sprint Premier Cutomer you sent me an offer to purchase the Samsung Transform prior to the general public offering. When I tried to take advantage of this offer your agents told me I was wrong in reading the offer and that I could not get the phone. I took it to a Sprint store so they could see and verify the offer. They verified it but still could not help me. Yoyr company has done this to me before. Do not send me offers I cannot take advantage of.
