Oliver kellman is a lying rat b*tard rip off specialist. He fleeced my partner and I for $8,000.00 claiming he wanted to create a joint venture which needed an improved business plan. Unfortunately, we fell for it, and kellman has refused to provide us with the alleged business plan.
The rat b*tard claims to be a lawyer and seems to think he's insulated himself from criminal charges. I'm hoping victims can unite to bring truth to light and to shut this liar/cheat/rat b*tard down for good
